Well Done -Walking The Red Carpet

The Oscars, Emmy’s or Golden Globes aren’t the only place you’ll see a Red Carpet.  This year at the high school in Newman, California, students attending the prom walked a red carpet to go into the dance.  Parents, teachers and friends were encouraged to attend to serve as the “paparazzi”.  The great thing about doing it this way is that the students weren’t embarrassed to have their parents and grandparents and teachers lined up to take their photos….they were glad to have them there.  Students had a fun red carpet experience, posing for the “photographers” and their families were able to get all the photos they wanted.  Everyone was happy 🙂

For being creative in finding a way to satisfy students AND their parents at prom…we say to Orestemba High of Newman, California…Well Done!!!
