On this Memorial we want to take a moment to remember the brave me and women of the armed forces who have made that ultimate sacrifice, giving their very lives, to defend our freedom. They have gone into dark and dangerous places so that we, and our children and our children’s children might be safe. For that we are a grateful nation and we honor those who have fallen today. Several years ago on November 13, 2010 Lt General John Kelly USMC, delivered a speech about the dedication and valor of our young men and women who step forward each and every day to protect us.
