Semper Fi
Today marks the 248th anniversary of the founding of The United States Marine Corps. Semper Fi is their motto. But just what exactly does that mean?
Today we proudly celebrate the birthday of the Marine Corps. Tomorrow, November 11th, is Veteran’s Day and we salute and support all the brave men and women who currently are serving, or who have ever served their country in any branch of the military. The Constitution of the United States declares our freedoms and rights as citizens. But it is the brave men and women who put on that uniform, whether in far off places or here at home who stand up and serve to guarantee those freedoms are still available to us.
So today we stand up for them, we salute them, and we say loudly and without reservation to each and everyone, “THANK YOU!” and “WELL DONE!!”
