Savvy Secrets – Get Organized For Spring
It’s Spring! If you haven’t started already it is time to clean out and organize where clutter has set in.Here are some simple Savvy Secrets for getting organized using things you probably have lying around your house anyway.
Use paper protector inside a cupboard door to hold recipes and take out menus
Use packing tape to hold the screws and fasteners for pieces of furniture
Use Altoid or other mint tins to organize small objects. Label tins with printed labels
Cover an old paint can with decorative paper and then use the can to hold a ball of twine. Poke a hole in the lid of the can and put the end of the twine through the lid making it ready to use.
Use popsicle sticks to wrap bits of recycled ribbon around.
Nail the lids of jars to the beams of the garage, basement or attic and fill jars with nails and screws. When you need to use just unscrew jar and take out what you need.
Use tuna cans to organize clips, tacks , rubberbands etc. in a drawer
This is so clever! Use those bud vases you don’t know what to do with but can’t seem to bring yourself to toss out, to hold bracelets on your dresser or dressing table
Now get busy and get organized ….that is bound to bring you some joy and you’ll love how things look, and then you’re bound to feel that life is truly abundant!

What great ideas. However, I have nothing “laying” around my house, they are “lying”, Sorry, fourth grade teacher’s pet peeve.
Thanks so much, Lara.
I love the takeout menu holder idea!
