Rise and Shine – Swedish Pancakes
One of the best things about the weekend is the opportunity to enjoy a leisurely breakfast or brunch 🙂
If you can make something with simple ingredients that is quick and easy to make, and that feels and tastes special….well we would call that a big win!
Swedish pancakes are essentially rolled crepes filled with jelly or jam, sprinkled with powdered sugar, and topped with a dollop of freshly whipped cream.
Serve them with a side of bacon, and your weekend just got a whole lot sweeter  and life got a whole lot more abundant 🙂

Swedish pancakes are best served with lingonberries!
Thanks so much, Gloria! We will have to try them.
And if anyone would know it would be you our Swedish chum 🙂
You know, Mrs. Northrop, if I lived at your house, or even visited you frequently, I’m afraid that all the good I have accomplished at the gym would be wasted – WAISTED – away! But I’d sure eat Well at your house!
Have a glorious Labor Day weekend!
Much love from Dick
