Red, White, and Blue Potato Salad
This is a new twist on an old favorite!As Memorial Day approaches alongside all the Fried Chicken
and Hot Dogs
that will be eaten this weekend, there will be mounds of Potato Salad.
So if you are looking for a new way to enjoy an old favorite, we’ve got that for you with this easy and delicious BBQ potato salad!

Red White and Blue Potato Salad
4 large white potatoes
1 red pepper diced
1/2 red onion
1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
1/2 lb. diced crisp bacon
1/2 cup dried cranberries
BBQ Dressing
1/4 cup hickory BBQ sauce
1/4 Best Foods mayonnaise
Peel and dice potatoes. Bring some water to a boil and add 2 teaspoons of salt. Add potatoes and cook for 5 minutes. Drain and cool.
While potatoes are cooling crumble blue cheese, and chop red peeper and red onion. Cook and crumble bacon. In a mixing bowl stir together your favorite BBQ sauce (hickory is especially good) and Best Foods mayo. When potatoes are cooled add all ingredients (including cranberries) together in a large bowl and pour dressing over everything.
Toss all ingredients together and refrigerate until ready to serve. This makes enough salad for about 6 normal people….we can’t say for sure if you happen to have a really hungry group 🙂
