Real….Or Make Believe?

A real Duchess on set with make believe aristocracy!

Last week, a very pregnant Duchess of Cambridge visited the set of Downton Abbey and obviously had great fun doing so!

Kate Middleton lived every Downton Abbey fan’s dream, spending the morning on the set of the British television series. For the visit to Ealing Studios, Kate looked wonderful in a smashing cream colored coat.  Ealing Studios, by the way, is the oldest continuously working studio for film production in the world. Her Royal Highness was invited to visit the set to help mark its extraordinary success.

Besides making an official portrait of fictional nobility meeting actual nobility, the Duchess watched the filming of a scene in the servants’ quarters for season six.  She looks jolly happy doing so – wonder what that means about the story!  Shh, Catherine!  Keep the secret.

We are told that Catherine, like your Two Chums, enjoys watching Downton Abbey.  Certainly abundance is the theme!
