Perfect Iced Refreshment

Combine 4 tea bags and 2 cups of boiling water in a pitcher.  Stir in 1/4 teaspoon baking soda. (The baking soda enhances the flavor of the tea.)  Allow tea to steep for 10 minutes.  Remove tea bags.  Fill pitcher with ice and add cold water to the top of the pitcher.
