Making Breakfast Fun – Confetti Pancakes
School is out in many places and it’s summer vacation for most already. Maybe now there is a bit more time for breakfast and we have a fast, easy and very economical way to make breakfast fun for your family. Whether you take time for family breakfast on the weekend, or during the week, pancakes are always a welcome treat. You can make that meal an even bigger treat with a simple addition…some rainbow sprinkles.
Whatever pancake recipe you like, or pancake mix you may prefer to use, just add sprinkles to the batter once you’ve stirred it all together and cook as usual. That’s all it takes to make ordinary pancakes, confetti pancakes.
Those little pops of color just make that first meal of the day a more festive meal and a happier start to the day.
