Magic Tangle Free – Stress Free Mornings
If your home is like many, as mothers and their children ready themselves each day to get out the door to school, there is often a battle over the combing of the hair… but wait!…..not anymore! Most children, (especially those of the girl variety) hate having their hair combed in the morning because sleeping on it all night has left their locks matted and tangled and brushing it, or worse still, combing it, is painful. Tensions run high as the clock ticks away and it is nearing time to go and little Susie’s hair looks like a rat has nested in it over night. Getting it wet helps a bit but doesn’t release those really nasty knots.
Your Two Chums are always on a quest, as you well know, to make life more full of love, joy and well you know, abundance! Quite the opposite of what some mornings look and sound like in the homes where the hair dilemma is occurring. So we’ve got an answer for you….simple, cheap and ta da!!!! IT WORKS WONDERS!!!!!
Here is the parent, (and grandparent), tested and approved secret to school mornings de-stresser and de-tangler:
One bottle of ordinary hair conditioner (it can be cheap, like from the 99 cent store cheap and buy several bottles at a time so you NEVER run out). You need about 1/8 of the bottle or roughly 1/4 cup of conditioner.
One ordinary spray bottle (also from the 99 cent store)
Some VERY ordinary tap water…enough to fill the bottle after you’ve put the conditioner in it, which is about 3-1/2 cup of water.
Screw on the lid and shake the bottle until the conditioner and water are thoroughly mixed.
Spray a fine mist of this on your child’s hair and voila! …like magic the tangles and knots dissolve. Even more magic is the way the tension dissolves. Your child is calmer not anticipating a torturous hair brushing and you are calmer too. And like magic your shoulders, which by now have risen from the stress so as to make you appear to be an Ed Sullivan lookalike, relax, and you return to your normal lovely self.
NOW….if they will just eat the lunch you’ve made them…well that’s another story….so let’s leave things on a happy note and out the door you go full of love, joy and oh yes!…very abundant living 🙂
