Just One Beach Savvy Secret
Going to the beach? We feel sure you will love this idea!
Take a fitted sheet with you and place it on the sand with the four corners facing upwards and your bags to on each corner to brace them.
These people have decided on a pink fitted sheet. Might we suggest going to an inexpensive store and finding a striped one? A little more nautical, for sure.

Looks inviting when those bags used as weights are there to hold that contour sheet in place, but what happens when reality sets in and you need to empty those bags to eat or go in the ocean or read your book or grab your 20 gallon jug of sunscreen? Well, may I suggest just getting 4 huge cynder blocks and a dolly to wheel them on the beach.
Better yet, take my advice and come up to the North Shore of Lake Superior where I am writing this critque, where most beaches are rocky instead of sandy. My room is right on the Lake so I can pop into my hot shower from a swim in the cold lake.

Good point, Dick! But for those of us who are usually going with children, there are many bags to be lugged and so many choices for the “grounding”. Hope you are having the best time on Lake Superior.
