Happy 1st Birthday Little Prince!

Today marks the first birthday of His Royal Highness Prince George Alexander Louis of Cambridge.By all reports the celebration today will be a low key event that Kate has organized at Kensington Palace.  The little Prince has already had a Peter Rabbit themed event at the Middleton’s estate just outside Bucklebury in Berkshire this past weekend with some yummy cake and all sorts of other goodies like organic ice cream.  His grandmother, Carol Middleton is known as quite the baker and party giver and had things all organized and well in hand.  And little George’s aunt, Pippa Middleton, no doubt also got into the act as she is a real life party planner with a party planning book currently available on Amazon entitled Celebrate.

George’s other uncle, Prince Harry is known to be a real “party boy” himself.  If he is in attendance today at Kensington it is bound to be a good time as he is the little prince’s relative who promised to teach little George how to have fun.

And we cannot forget his great grandmother, the Queen,  who took part in a skydiving stunt with James Bond Agent 007, at the opening ceremony of the Summer Olympic games in London two years ago.

PS  It seems very fitting that little Prince George was born on the same day as my sweet husband, Dennis!  A more princely husband a girl could not ask for!  Happy Birthday Dennis, my darling!
