Halloween Makeup Magic

Sometimes a costume can be so much easier than you think.  Some black pants and a black shirt and a great eyeliner pen may be all you need to create your Halloween look this year  These are so easy to do and very inexpensive since all you need to buy is a good eyeliner pen.  This video from Popsugar.com will show you how.  We are giving this costume idea to you admittedly a little early so you will have plenty of time to practice.
