Gluten Free – A DIY
If you’ve been around Two Chums of late you know we have family members who have issues with gluten and consequently, we are attempting to make food that is gluten free. But what do we do with all those recipes we have that include wheat flour? We came across this conversion chart that gives us the amounts of various ingredients necessary to make wheat flour substitutions.
This should help simplify changing recipes we have from wheat flour to gluten free versions. If you, or someone in your family, or a friend have celiac disease, or gluten sensitivities, give this chart a try and let us know what you think.
