GF Chocolatey Goodness

Feeling like a gluten free (GF) chocolatey caramel chocolate chip cookie?  You’re in luck!  Today we have the most simple recipe for cookies that are rich, moist, and just plain simply delicious!  You just have to try these…trust us, EVERYONE who has one will be sooo glad you did!

 

 

 

GF Double Chocolate Caramel Chip Cookies

1 box gluten free chocolate cake mix (or brownie mix)
6 Tablespoons melted butter
2 eggs
1 bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 bag of Ghirardelli Caramel flavored chips

Preheat your oven to 375 degrees.  Add all ingredients and mix well.  Using a small ice-cream scoop or a cookie scoop, drop balls of cookie dough on a parchment covered baking sheet.  Be careful not to crowd the cookies or they will run together when baking.  Bake for 8 minutes.  Remove the cookies from the oven but allow them to rest on the baking sheet for another 2-3 minutes before removing them with a spatula to cool.

If you’re smart you’ll double the recipe because these will be gone in a flash!  Happy baking!
