Easy Tasty Breakfast
Are you hungry yet? These are three ingredient pancakes you can make in minutes and they can easily be made gluten free. These yummy pancakes in the photo are gluten free AND delicious! And these are so easy you can make them any day of the week, they’re not just for the weekend 🙂
This recipe just absolutely couldn’t be any easier. Are you ready?
Easy Tasty Fluffy Pancakes
2 cups self rising flour*
2 cups milk or buttermilk
1 egg
Mix everything together and cook on a hot griddle or large frying pan. When the side is golden flip and cook on the other side until it is golden too.
EASY and DELICIOUS!!!!
*If you are using regular wheat flour, as you measure it use a rounded cup of flour which will actually be slightly more than a cup. When using gluten free flour use just an even cup of flour. If you don’t have self rising flour or want to make your gluten free flour self rising here is how to do it:
1 cup flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder (or 1 1/4 teas. baking powder and 1/4 teas baking soda if you are using buttermilk)
1/2 teaspoon salt
