Easy Creamy Garlic Dressing
It’s really nice sometimes to whip up your own salad dressing when family and friends come for a meal. We have a REALLY easy and delicious one for you today! It’s almost a new year and we think it is a good time to add to our repertoire of recipes to liven things up. This creamy dressing can be made at the last minute, or made in advance and kept for more than a week in a jar in the refrigerator. It’s perfect on any salad whether it’s full of veggie’s or just a simple salad of romaine and tomatoes. And the bonus is it is gluten free too! We think this just might become your new “go to” salad dressing…it’s surely one of our favs 🙂
Easy Creamy Garlic Dressing
1 cup Best Foods/Hellmans mayonnaise (or a good quality mayo of your choice)
1/4 cup vinegar
2 garlic cloves
2 tablespoons Lea and Perrins Worcestershire Sauce*
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Put all ingredients in a blender and mix for about 30 seconds. That’s it….your ready to dress your salad. Bon Appétit!

What kind of vinegar do you typically use?
Hi Coral. I’ve used either rice vinegar or apple cider vinegar. Both are good. The flavor is slightly different but I think both work equally well. Give it a try and let us know what you think. 🙂
