This dressing for coleslaw is easy and yummy on any coleslaw whether you choose to use a prepackaged coleslaw mix, or chop or shred your own cabbage. You can add carrots and purple cabbage for a very classic salad or get more creative and add celery, parsley, chopped apples and sliced almonds. Or come up with your own combo of ingredients to add to your cabbage. Either way this simple dressing will make your salad delicious.
