It’s here….Fall is officially here. And what could be more synonymous with Fall flavor than anything pumpkin?
Today’s recipe comes from a blog post from one of our favorite companies and shopping spots….Home Goods! They have provided the recipe for this Fall-flavored creamer and if you need them (or just want them) they can certainly provide some new coffee mugs to use for serving your coffee and this yummy creamer.
Drink up and enjoy the taste of Fall 🙂
Pumpkin Spice Coffee Creamer
-1 1/2 cups half-and-half
-2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
-2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
-2-4 tablespoons brown sugar (depending on your sweet tooth)
-2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
-1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
-Cinnamon stick, optional
Put all of the ingredients in a saucepan. While whisking frequently, bring to a light simmer over medium heat. Gently warm the ingredients to combine (about one minute). Do not boil. Use the creamer immediately or transfer it to a heatproof container and refrigerate* for up to five days.
*If chilled, shake or stir before use as some of the spices will settle to the bottom of the container
