There is more than one way to send a note or email expressing thanks. Here are some alternative ways to say “thank you”.
There are a variety of ways to end an email, it can be with just a sign-off such as Kind regards, Sincerely, Best regards, Truly yours, etc. But sometimes before this sign-off, we can add a sentence to prompt the email recipient to be more willing to help us. It’s an expression that is used when the recipient of the message is going to meet with an unpleasant situation. You want to warn him and thank him in advance for being patient with the situation.
