When you last went to a Chinese restaurant and were handed chopsticks…

…did you know what the little square at the top was for?    It is not just there to hold the two chopsticks together but has a purpose all of its own.

Thanks to ELITE Readers, we found out that you are supposed to carefully take that little square off  from the top and then use it as a “chopstick stand”.  It will keep your chopsticks off the table.
