Did You Know?
We love this “little” word!
So much so, that we want to share it with you. We are sure most of you already know it but the word is:
soupçon – pronounced soup-sawn
and the meaning is:
A very small quantity of something.
It originated in France in the mid-18th century.
Examples of soupçon in a sentence:
“The steak came with a soupçon of horseradish sauce for dipping.”
“There was a soupçon of nail polish left in the bottle.”
Do not use a soupçon of joy, use joy abundantly!
