Did You Know?

When you freeze water to make ice cubes, most times, those ice cubes come out very cloudy.

We just learned how to get clear ones…..you know, the type you get in super nice restaurants!

Boil the water and just as it comes to a boil, let it cool, then boil it again.  Cool it and then put it in the ice cube trays.  Voila – clear ice cubes.

We realize that this is a lot of work for a few ice cubes but, for that special dinner, we feel it is worth it.
