A Special Dinner

Last night, for the first time in over twenty years, the Canadian Prime Minister and his wife were entertained at the White House with a State Dinner

Prime Minster Justin Trudeau and his wife, Sophie, were in the spotlight as they dined with other famous people at the White House.

Having arrived with their three children on Wednesday, it has been a quick trip.

Obviously, President Obama and Prime Minister Trudeau have “important” topics to discuss and no doubt, we will hear something about their talks.  Whilst the gentlemen were “talking”, the ladies were out and about.

Justin Trudeau is the son of Pierre and Margaret Trudeau, his father having been the Prime Minster in Canada for many years during the 60’s and 70’s.  Margaret was known as a flower child when they wed and was maybe 20 years his junior.  Unfortunately, their marriage ended in divorce.
