This no bake dessert is one anyone can make. Creamy, sweet and peanutty it is sure to please. Try it soon. We promise you will be glad you did 🙂
Peanut Butter Pie
Crust:
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup sugar
1 stick of butter, melted
Filling:
8oz package cream cheese at room temp
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter
1 cup sweetened condensed milk
2 cups heavy cream
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
Topping:
Chocolate sauce
Peanuts (we used honey roasted peanuts)
Combine graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar and melted butter. Mix well and press into an 8 inch springform pan. Refrigerate while you make the filling.
Beat together the cream cheese and 1/2 cup of powdered sugar. Add peanut butter and beat to combine well. Mixture will seem stiff but will loosen when you add the sweetened condensed milk. Mix in condensed milk until thoroughly combined.
In another bowl beat together heavy cream, 1/2 of the powdered sugar, and vanilla until stiff peaks of whipped cream form. Stir whipped cream into peanut butter mixture and stir, just until everything is mixed together. Spoon into graham cracker crust and refrigerate for about 4 hours or overnight to allow the pie to completely set up.
When ready to serve, drizzle the top with chocolate sauce and sprinkle with peanuts. This is so yummy expect to make it again and again!

OMG!! I can’t wait to try this. I haven’t had an Aba Zaba bar in many years. I didn’t know they were still around. Thanks for the recipe.
