A Good Soak
Most people these days take showers but there is nothing better than the occasional good soak in the bath tub…..and, even better, a good soak with some wonderfully scented bath salts. We have found that bath salts make a super little gift, maybe a hostess gift or a teacher gift, and the fun part of this gift is putting it together. All you need is epsom salts, food coloring, essential or scented oil and a pretty container or a cello bag with a piece of ribbon.
We bought a bag of Epsom salts from Walmart that is already scented with essential oils of eucalyptus and mint, and added a drop of green food coloring.
You can always buy unscented epsom salts at the 99¢ store. To these salts, add a couple of drops (literally a couple of drops – it goes a very long way!) of food coloring (the color of your choice) and then a couple of drops of the scented essential oil. When buying scented oil, be sure to smell it before you pay for it as some of these oils are not what you think they are going to be. Put your colored scented salts into a cello bag and tie with a pretty wired ribbon (remember, you can get the best deals on this ribbon at Costco), and there you have it – a super hostess gift, teacher gift or even a party favor. If you would like to make the gift a little more lavish, get a pretty decanter and put the salt in that.
The recepient will be overjoyed with the love with which the gift was put together. It all makes for abundant living!

Epsom salts work very well on your garden palnts. Roses especilly like a little cocktail just prior to their Spring bloom!
What a nice idea. I’ve also bought great ribbon at Stats.
